Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Luxe Charms! Because each item is custom-made, here’s what qualifies for returns, refunds, and replacements:

1. Custom Orders – Final Sale

All custom-made charms and personalized designs are final sale and non-refundable.
This includes:

  • Custom Name Charms

  • Custom Request Charms

  • Any charm sets with personalization

We are a handmade, made-to-order brand, and every piece is created just for you.

 

2. Non-Custom Items

Non-customized items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, as long as they are unused and in original condition.
Customer is responsible for return shipping.

To start a return, email us at luxehangingcharms@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

 

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery

  • Include a clear photo of the item and your order number
    We’ll replace the item free of charge — no need to return the damaged one.

 

4. Lost Packages

If your package is marked "delivered" but not received:

  • Check with neighbors and your local post office

  • If not found, contact us at luxehangingcharms@gmail.com
    We’ll assist however possible, but are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.

 

5. Cancellations

We do not accept order cancellations, as production begins shortly after orders are placed.

 

6. Pre-Orders & Limited Editions

Pre-orders and limited-edition items are final sale unless damaged or incorrect.
