Shipping Policy

At Luxe Charms, every order is handcrafted with care and shipped from our U.S. studio. Here’s what to expect for processing, delivery, and more.

1. Processing Time

All Luxe Charms are made-to-order. Standard production time is 5–7 business days, though we often ship faster.
Production time may be extended by 4–5 additional business days during holidays or high-volume seasons.

 

2. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to:

  • All U.S. states

  • P.O. Boxes

  • U.S. Territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam)

  • Alaska & Hawaii
    We do not currently offer international shipping, but plan to in the future.

 

3. Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Tracking information is sent to your email once your order ships.

 

4. Free Shipping

Orders of $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S.
(Note: Orders that include Rush Processing are not eligible for free shipping.)

 

5. Rush Processing

Need it faster?
Choose Rush Processing at checkout for an additional $20.00.
This includes:

  • 24-hour production turnaround (excluding weekends/holidays)

  • Expedited shipping via USPS Priority or UPS 2-Day
    Rush orders are prioritized and not eligible for free shipping promotions.

 

6. Delays or Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses.
If a package is marked "delivered" but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

 

7. Pre-Orders

Occasionally, Luxe Charms will offer limited-edition drops as pre-orders.
Shipping dates for pre-orders will be clearly listed on the product page. All pre-orders will ship within the estimated timeframe.
